Conceal/Blending in Plain Sight Project
Camouflage is known for allowing concealment from predators or for protective purposes. For this project we were required to conceal a person in a scene based on our understanding of what concealment might consist of. For this project, I was inspired by the idea of white privilege and assimilation of different groups into society.

Trial 5: Half shots of faces to make identity less recognizable, photo taken from back of head.
Trial 4 : After working today in class, we thought that the strongest images, with contrast boosted, were the images of the hands. With this being a series, we thought they presented an large array of variation in skin tone without anyone naming a person. As a result, it has become harder to tell who's hands belong to which person. To push further I will begin to think of installation and print size for the final versions, pending feedback.
